What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): We manufacture projectors based on your brand design and technical specifications. The products fully comply with your customized requirements (such as appearance, packaging, LOGO, etc.). ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We offer a full-process service from product design, research and development to production. You can choose the existing solutions or propose functional requirements (such as resolution, brightness, system compatibility, etc.). We conduct customized development. Comparison of advantages: OEM is suitable for customers with mature designs, while ODM is suitable for purchasers who need differentiated products.
What certifications do your products comply with for EU/NA markets?
EU (CE Certification): Compliant with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), ensuring electrical safety and anti-interference capability. North America (FCC Certification): Wireless models require FCC-ID certification, wired models require FCC-SDOC certification; models containing laser modules require additional FDA certification. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard OEM Products: MOQ is 1 unit. It’s suitable for sample testing or small batch trial order selling. Customized ODM Products: MOQ is adjusted according to the complexity of design (usually ≥ 500 units). The mold-opening cost can be shared among large orders. Flexible Policy: Long-term cooperation customers can apply for tiered MOQ discounts.
How long is the production time？
OEM Orders: Delivery within 15-30 days after design confirmation (one day delivery is supported when inventory is sufficient). ODM Development: Approximately 55 days after scheme confirmation (including mold opening, sample production and testing), with a separate calculation for the mass production time. Urgent Order Service: Urgent orders can shorten the production cycle by 30% and an expedited fee needs to be paid.
Can you handle logistics and customs clearance?
Logistics: Offer various shipping terms such as EXW/FOB/DDP, cooperate with international logistics providers like DHL and FedEx, and support dropshipping. Customs Clearance: Provide complete packing lists, invoices and COO certificates. In the ASEAN region, FORM E origin preferential treatment can be applied for. Value-added Services: Purchase transportation insurance to cover damage claims.
