Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on projectors.  

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be repaired or replaced with a factory refurbished units which will be subject to Koonew standard of quality.

Repair and Warranty Policies

Koonew will provide a repair or replacement in accordance with the Koonew Warranty Policy. To obtain a repair, replacement or any other remedy, please contact us.

During the warranty period, Koonew must verify that the defect is due to manufacturing issues and not caused by misuse or external factors. Koonew reserves the right to have returned goods assessed within a reasonable time frame by the manufacturer to determine this, including whether the goods are defective or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting.The replaced product, parts and/or components shall become the property of Koonew and shall, at our request, be returned to Koonew.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be repaired or replaced with a factory refurbished item which will be subject to Koonew standard of quality.

Upon request Koonew can send a service engineer onsite to repair the product. The travel time and the travel and living expenses of the service engineer shall be payable in accordance with koonew’s then applicable rates and procedures.

Note:

For the repair or replacement, please kindly noted that we don’t pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or pay any import fees, duties and taxes.

What you must do to obtain the warranty service:

Return the product or part using the following procedures:

  1. Contact your Koonew sales or Koonew customer support for specific return and shipping information.
  2. Label and ship the product to the address provided by Koonew. You shall pack the products correctly in the original packaging so as to protect them from transport damage.
  3. Place the necessary return information prominently on the outside of the box.

Please ensure that a backup of any customized data or configurations is made prior to returning the product for repair/replacement. During the repair or replacement process products are reset to their factory configurations and all customized data and configurations will be lost.

Orders

Do you accept customization? What is your MOQ about it?

Standard OEM Products: MOQ is 1 unit. It’s suitable for sample testing or small batch trial order selling.
Customized ODM Products: MOQ is adjusted according to the complexity of design (usually ≥ 500 units). The mold-opening cost can be shared among large orders.
Flexible Policy: Long-term cooperation customers can apply for tiered MOQ discounts.

What is your order lead time?

OEM Orders: Delivery within 15-30 days after design confirmation (one day delivery is supported when inventory is sufficient).
ODM Development: Approximately 55 days after scheme confirmation (including mold opening, sample production and testing), with a separate calculation for the mass production time.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

For small order, we have our own warehouses in North America&Europe, then the order will be shipped from the local warehouse nearest to your country;
For the bulk order, the goods will be shipped from our factory in China.

How long will it take for shipping?

In general, it will take 5-10 working days for express & air shipping, 30-50 days for sea shipping. Contact us to get a shipment solution.

Payments

What is your payment term?

Sample Order: 100% Prepayment (PayPal/Western Union).
Bulk Order: 30% Deposit + T/T Balance Payment, L/C (≥ 500 units).
Credit Customer: Credit period supported (Qualifications need to be reviewed)
