CLR Screen Features
KOONEW F-120GR is an electric floor-rising, CLR (Ceiling Light Rejecting) projection screen that is floor-mounted and raised upward by a motor controlled via remote. It effectively reduces the impact of overhead ambient light on the projected image to improve clarity, making it an ideal match for ultra-short-throw (UST) projectors.
Clear Image Experience: The K-120GR screen features a directional CLR optical microstructure that effectively reduces ambient (especially overhead) light interference, making the image clearer.
Vivid Image Quality: The K-120GR UST projection screen uses a nano-crystalline light-rejection layer, delivering higher color accuracy, more vibrant images, and stronger depth—bringing an immersive visual experience.
Durable & easy to maintain: F-120GR CLR screen features UV-stabilized performance, making it less prone to yellowing over long-term use, and offers effective anti-mildew/antibacterial properties with an easy-to-clean surface.

CLR Screen Structure
KOONEW F-120GR CLR screen is built with a six-layer construction and is the perfect solution for ultra-short-throw, large-format projection in bars, home theaters, and conference rooms.
Surface Protection Layer
Made of a transparent, wipe-clean acrylic coating. It resists micro-scratches, reduces dust adhesion, and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. It also offers mildew and corrosion resistance.
Matte Diffusion Layer
Composed of nano-grade TiO₂, featuring a sparkle-free surface and color neutrality (low ΔE).
CLR Optical Layer
The CLR optical layer is the most important part of a CLR screen. It is a resin layer built with directional microstructures in a sawtooth or louver pattern. When an ultra-short-throw projector projects from below, this layer effectively rejects light coming from above—including ceiling fixtures and other overhead ambient light—reducing their influence on the image and preserving clarity.
Light-Absorbing Layer
A carbon-black absorption coating that suppresses stray light, reduces haze, and deepens blacks.
Substrate Layer
Flexible gray PVC that is rollable and dimensionally stable, ensuring the CLR screen remains flat without wrinkling.
Blackout Backing Layer
Flexible black PVC that blocks light from behind, improving image contrast by shielding rear ambient light.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We offer a full-process service from product design, research and development to production. You can choose the existing solutions or propose functional requirements (such as resolution, brightness, system compatibility, etc.). We conduct customized development. Comparison of advantages: OEM is suitable for customers with mature designs, while ODM is suitable for purchasers who need differentiated products.

How long is the production time？
OEM Orders: Delivery within 15-30 days after design confirmation (one day delivery is supported when inventory is sufficient). ODM Development: Approximately 55 days after scheme confirmation (including mold opening, sample production and testing), with a separate calculation for the mass production time. Urgent Order Service: Urgent orders can shorten the production cycle by 30% and an expedited fee needs to be paid.
Can you handle logistics and customs clearance?
Logistics: Offer various shipping terms such as EXW/FOB/DDP, cooperate with international logistics providers like DHL and FedEx, and support dropshipping.
