How to Connect Phone to Projector Wirelessly

If you have a smart projector, but don’t know how to connect to your devices alike phone, pad, laptop, PC, TV, speaker, etc. Then let us show you the steps, below take Koonew K100 as an example.

At the first, let us connect to internet, you could choose WIFI connection, hotspot connection.

WIFI Connection

  1. Go to Homepage >Setup > WIFI Setting
  2. Turn the WIFI On and search the wifi list by “Add WIFI”
  3. Select your WIFI, then enter password to connect

NOTE:
If you need screen mirroring, the speed of your home network is directly related to the smoothness of video play. Please make sure that the network is good to have a smoother playback.

Hotspot Connection

  1. Go to Homepage > Setup > Network> Hotspot

After the projector connected to internet, now we can cast your phone to projector through screen mirroring。

SCREEN MIRRORING

IOS CAST (For IOS System)

  1. Go to Homepage > Screen Mirroring > IOS Cast to show the below page
  2. Open control center on your iOS device and tap Screen Mirroring
  3. Searching for device that can mirrored on
  4. Select “Your Projector Model” from the list to connect

NOTE:
Please make sure the projector and your iOS device are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
If there is no Wi-Fi, please open a hotspot on your iOS device and connect the projector to it.

Android CAST (For Android System)

  1. Go to Homepage > Screen Mirroring > Android Cast to show the below page
  2. On your Android device launch the Multi-screen/Wireless Display/Screen Mirroring/ Smart View Function.
  3. Looking for the device that can be mirrored on
  4. Select PE-SP005 from the list to connect

NOTE:
1.Please remember to open the Wi-Fi function on your Android device. But not necessary to connect to any Wi-Fi router.
2.If there is no Wi-Fi, please open a hotspot on your Android device and connect the projector to it

Bluetooth Setting

Through Bluetooth connectivity, you can also connect to your phone, pad, Bluetooth speaker, remote control and so on.

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth Setting
  2. Turn the Bluetooth Connection on and search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
  3. Choose correct Bluetooth device to connect.

Besides, except for wireless connection, there are also some wired input source for external devices connection. For example, connect to your TV, PC, Laptop by HDMI, USB…
